We only accept online payment methods such as VISA and PayPal.

For any payments, via Paypal, we will only ship to a verified PayPal address.

All payments are made inclusive of VAT, we are not able to charge excluding VAT prices

All refunds are subject to delay based on your card issuer’s processes; we cannot expedite the time taken for funds to appear on your card

Please note if you make a card (credit or debit) payment that contradicts our T&Cs we cannot expedite  your refund once we have processed it in our systems - you will need to contact your card issuer


Where payment is by credit/debit card or PayPal, we will only deliver to the registered cardholders address, please make sure this is aligned as we will not dispatch to any 3rd party or unverified addresses.

If you pay online we do not allow you to collect your order for reasons of security and efficiency.

Items will be sent via Parcel Force 24 within 2 working days of payment being received.

Any orders suspected of being fraudulent will not be dispatched and will be refunded. 


A 60 day warranty is offered as standard with all refurbished products, from point of purchase. If a product cannot be repaired we will replace* your order for the same model or higher within 7 working days. If we do not have anything suitable in stock your order will be fully refunded*.

Warranties DO NOT cover batteries as we are not able to guarantee the length of charge held.

*The buyer is responsible for the return and shipping of items.

If you have a problem with your order please email us as soon as possible, with your order number and the issue you are experiencing.

If you have received a unit that develops a fault during your warranty period please contact us to resolve via our contact us page, alternatively email directly at
